Prior to incorporation as a Private Limited company, DigiVox Infoscribe carried on its Data Processing & Medical transcription activities under the style of Digivox Infospeaks. To capture a larger market share of the Data Processing, and also to undertake Medical Transcription and other export-oriented activities, it was necessary to pool together the resources of management, technical know-how and finance. DigiVox Infoscribe was therefore incorporated in December 01 2004.
